Regular Servicing of your new Jayco Caravan is extremely important. Regular preventative maintenance is required to ensure safe travels when you hit the road and ensure any issues that may arise are attended to promptly.
The Jayco Caravan Services we offer are:

Jayco 1,000km | 3 Month Service | Recommended after 3 months or 1,000km

Jayco 10,000km | 12 Month Service | Recommended after 12 months or 10,000km, then annually

Brakes & Bearings Service | Recommended Annually or every 10,000kms for Jayco's outside of the Warranty period
Warranty
Jayco’s comprehensive warranty promise offers 2 years manufacturing and 5 years structural warranty coverage. This warranty provides added peace of mind for our travelling customers. All warranty repairs are managed by the extensive reach of dealerships and authorised service agents who have direct access to Jayco’s knowledge bank and systems for warranty repairs and delivery of parts.
Repairs undertaken by unauthorised repairers are not covered under our warranty unless explicit approval has been provided by Jayco.

Your RV deserves the to be looked after by knowledgeable, Jayco Qualified Service Technicians. All our technicians undergo training at the Jayco Factory to ensure only the best outcomes for you and your RV.
