Service Booking Information – Important please read
Thank you for booking a Service or Repair with Prestige Jayco Wellington. Please find important information below regarding your booking.

Please book approximately 8-12 weeks in advance of your required servicing date as servicing slots book out well in advance.

On the day of your service booking please drop your van to us between 9.00 and 9.30am. The front gates will be open from 9.00am.

When dropping off your van for service, please enter our yard through the Main front Gate on Acheron Road and park directly in front of the reception office. Please do not continue directly to the workshop. We will then go through your servicing requirements and collect your Service and Warranty booklet and Caravan key ready for one of our staff members to move the RV into our workshop.

For the safety of our staff and to ensure your Service/Repair can be carried out, please ensure that:
1. The interior of your van is clean, tidy, and free of items that may hinder or obstruct access to areas that our technicians need to service.
2. Gas bottles are full
3. All remotes (TV, Satellite, AC etc.) are left out and readily accessible.Inaccessible areas will not be included in the service.
4. Toilet Cassette is empty
5. Grey Water Tank is empty
6. All valuables are removed from your RV, as vans are stored onsite at the owner's risk.
If any waste water (Grey Tank or Toilet) is present a sanitation fee may apply.

Please note that depending on the nature of the booking we may not be able to guarantee all work will be completed on the same day. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the delay.

When your service is complete you will be able to pick it up at 4.30pm (unless otherwise advised) from the service pickup bay outside the reception area.

Please note Jayco provides the original owner a 24-month Warranty and 5 year Structural Warranty provided all Jayco's recommended Services (3 month and Annually after that) have been completed. Any repairs outside this warranty period, or diagnostic time for issues investigated but not covered by warranty, are chargeable to the customer.

Payment for service and general repair work is required at time of pickup unless otherwise arranged. 

To ensure we have all the parts needed to complete your service list, please advise all items to be attended to in advance of your booking.

Costs:
3 Month Service - $375
Annual Service - $695 plus consumables and any parts required.
Installations, Repairs and Diagnostic Work not covered by warranty - $126.50 per hour including GST plus any consumables and parts required.
